Do you understand the importance of referring your Realtor? Well I am here to tell you that in a nutshell the basis for a Realtor's success and continued career in real estate is referrals. Very few agents would survive if their livelihood was dependent on consistently drumming up new business. This emphasis gives us as agents a strong incentive to make certain clients are happy and satisfied. It also means that an agent who stays in the business will be there for you when you need to hire an agent again. Many Realtors will periodically mail market updates to you to keep you informed and to stay in touch.
Do your ears perk up when you hear someone talking about real estate? Hopefully they do.
For Sue and I 80% of our real estate business is referral based while 20% is repeat business. So remember next time you are talking to a friend or family member refer your Realtor.
