Shall We Celebrate Spring?

The first day of spring was March 20, but as writer Henry Van Dyke put it, “The first day of spring is one thing, and the first spring day is another. The difference between them is sometimes as great as a month!” Here are some more quotes, in celebration of spring:

As winter fades and people are moving into spring, it’s time to plant seeds that add beauty around us. In the next few days, step outside with someone you care about, dig a small hole and plant these seeds. Later when you notice them at each stage as they sprout, grow and bloom, you’ll be reminded when you plant love & joy, you harvest love and joy.
